what should i do if my item has not arrived?
Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and confirmation code (these will be in your order confirmation email). We will endeavour to solve any problems as quickly as we can.

If you can provide a clear image of what you want, we may be able to arrange this. Please contact us with your idea and we will get back to you with a proposed price and time frame.
